Christmas Part 2

Here are the Christmas pictures from my cell phone.  I don't have enough time to combine my phone pictures with my few camera pictures as the clock is ticking!!

We had a great Christmas.  The kids are really good ages for the magic and meaning of the holiday.  Everyone was happy to sit with Santa (shwew!).
The kids' preschool had a breakfast with Santa that we tried for the first time this year (and probably the last but hey, it's always good to try new things!).  Santa visited with each child individually and promised them anything and everything.

Luke was so shy yet excited and he swung his leg so fast the entire conversation.

Gabe's visit was much shorter but he too swung his leg.
Ella is the least enthused by Santa and just quickly asked him for a Barbie.

Ella and the boys had an adorable Christmas show at their preschool.  They sat together and Ella did most of the singing.  Too cute.

Looking for Santa out of Lilly's bedroom window on Christmas Eve.

Christmas Morning via cell phone pics!

Lilly got a polaroid camera and the boys got a John Deere dump truck and the girls got a Barbie Jeep.  When the weather warms up I'm sure they'll all be cruising around.

The boys playing with remote control cars.

The boys battled 10 days of a stomach virus over Christmas vacation.  So glad it was manageable and we're in the clear ... for now...

Christmas Part 1

Santa came!
Oliver was such a good boy.  Didn't bother a thing.
Boys' gifts.
 Ella's gifts.
 An elf?
 Lilly's gifts.

 Good morning!
Babcia gave the kids an iPad and Lilly was showing her how it works.
 Christmas mess.  So wonderful though.

Ella Turned 4!!

Holy moly it's been months since I've blogged and I must go back and add in some important occassions since I hope to use this as the kids' memory book!  Sweet Ella turned 4 in November and we had a great time celebrating.  She chose to go to McDonald's for her birthday lunch and then we had a party for her and her school girlfriends at Gymboree Play and Music.  It was a small party and just perfect for our very low key child.

Ella was very excited for her first friend party and she has such sweet little girls in her preschool class.

Lilly was just as excited!  Here they are ready to leave for the party.
Arrival at the gym!

The owner of the Gymboree and the girl who led the party were both awesome.  Ella had a fabulous time!
 "Weeeeeeee!"

Ella hates cake but loves Barbies.  She was insisting on not having a cake so we surprised her with a Barbie cake so she would be accepting.  It worked!
The birthday girl was happy with her soft pretzel and chips.  She eats next to nothing but is growing like a weed (tall for her age) and happy.
We love you so much Ella Bella!  You are kind, sweet, loyal, loving, smart, funny, and a great kid.  I can't believe you're 4 already!  Happy Birthday.
