Ella and I have some alone time while Lilly is in school.
I do have baby duty during that time but I try to incorporate Ella into all of it.
She is so good. She loves to play.
Everything I do Ella mimics with her baby dolls. It's ad0rable.

When the boys do tummy time, Ella's dolls do tummy time.
When I burp the boys, Ella burps her babies.
I make it my daily goal to balance individual time with each child. I even make an effort to hold the boys equal amounts of time making sure I make eye contact and talk to each of them. It makes me feel good to know that everyone is receiving individual attention and I'm sure it makes them feel good as well.
