Florida Trip!

We made it to Florida! And I can still blog... Gotta love technology. We had a fairly uneventful trip. The only small gliche was once we trekked to gate B9 and I got in line for food I heard an announcement that our gate changed to C30. Got the food (piping hot) and carried the food, very heavy carry-on bag, and Lilly and started walking. Didn't realize gate C30 was clear across the airport. Took us about 20 straight minutes to walk it and my blood sugar started dropping and I broke a sweat. Even stopped a lady driving a cart and asked her for a ride and she said she was busy. I got slightly panicked but did eventually make it. Yay. They had our seats in different rows so I was worried about asking someone to switch but that worked itself out - a man that I would have asked offered to get off the flight for a free ticket (the flight was overbooked) before I even got to row 20. She did very well on the flight, it landed early, Steph, Brooke, and Bailee were waiting and we made it to their house by 7 p.m. Here's Lilly enjoying the Little Mermaid on the plane... I rented a crib for Lilly while we were here since I've experienced putting her to bed in a big bed and it was not fun. She had some trouble falling asleep but settled down by 9 p.m. She slept until 6 a.m. - I was pleased! Then had some breakfast with the girls.
And spent some quality time with Uncle Todd watching... Little Mermaid (again).
