Baking With Ella

Ella and I had baked together for the first time! We made homemade peanut butter kiss cookies together. She was a very eager helper. Hee hee. She tried to pour anything and everything into the mixing bowl. She was a great stirrer and kept saying, "I try it!!" It was nice spending some time baking together. Lilly has always enjoyed baking with me and Ella was just as enthusiastic.
She even pulled up a stool to watch the cookies bake.

I will miss this scrunchy smiley face.

The cookies were yummy. We recently bought a new stove after years of baking/cooking in and on a broken stove. I am having to relearn how to cook with an oven that runs at the proper temperature and with burners that actually work!
Life is good.
