Andy worked late last night because his band had their holiday concert so this is how I put Lilly to bed since Ella was wide awake and I didn't know what to do with her...
I read them both Franklin and then Lilly read it to Ella. Ella was a very good listener. Lilly kept stopping every few pages and saying, "I love you so much Lella!" and kissing her on the head. It was one of the cutest things I've ever seen. How great will it be when Ella's older and can really hang out with Lilly?!
Though Lilly did end up getting to bed at 9:00 p.m. it still worked out and she actually fell right to sleep instead of playing in her crib for an hour. Ella stayed awake another hour and then headed to bed with Mommy.
