Friends

Today Ella had her one month check-up. She's doing very well! She weighs just about 10 pounds and has grown 2 inches already! She is the same weight Lilly was at two months and the same height that Lilly was at three months. Lilly is our peanut - always around the 25%tile. Ella is 90%tile for height and 70%tile for weight. Funny how they are so different at this time. The doctor said she's doing great.

After her appointment we met Christine, Sophia, and Francesca at Panera Bread for lunch. Lunch with two toddlers and two newborns is a lot different than it used to be! Christine and I had a great time reminiscing about meeting at Panera for bagels when Lilly and Sophia were babies and how stressed out we were then. Today we laughed because we put both the newborns on one side of the booth in their carriers and Lilly and Sophia on the other side and we sat in chairs at the end of the table. Life has changed in so many ways - of course for the better - and we're so thankful for our girls. So funny how far we've come.

After lunch they came back to our house and we visited all afternoon. We held one another's baby and caught up. It was a really nice time. How I wish she still lived right down the street.

Francesca is 7 weeks old and Ella is 4 weeks old. Here are our new baby girls together.

Here are Sophia and Lilly at 4 and 8 months of age.
I appreciate all the miracles in my life!
