Life

Our days are going great. We're back into our routine and life is good. The only differences are I'm more tired and we do less errands in a day since I don't love getting both girls in and out of the car, into stores, and back into the car. Otherwise life is fabulous. I feel good, Lilly's adjusted and happy, and Ella's a very dear baby. She has a sweet temperament so far!

I can't believe how much Lilly loves Ella. I know one day they'll fight so I'm trying to really cherish the love! She hugs her and says, "Oh Lella I love you so much" and she also says "You're soooo cute!" and even grunts like adults do after saying it like she just can't stand it she's so in love!

I signed Lilly up for preschool next year - I'm a wreck already. She'll be going (back) to St. Andrew's where we took the parent-toddler class when she was 18 months old...
I think the familiarity will be good for her, it's a Methodist church, our neighbor and friend will be in her class, and it's more affordable than the one she was enrolled in this year (not to mention I'm sure Hope would trigger PTSD in her). I know she needs to go to preschool eventually but I am dreading it because she still talks about how she doesn't have to go to school anymore and when she sees a school she gets freaky. However, she'll be 3 years and 7 months when the school year begins so I'm hoping she'll be ready and excited (wishful thinking). At least she has a spot - it's so competitive to get your child in preschool these days (at least up here)! She'll be going 3 days a week from 9-11:30 a.m. I'll surely need therapy.

Off to change 2 diapers and head to the allergist for my allergy shot.
