When this is the kind of day you wake up to you have to think of something to get you through the day!

We went to Gymboree for Lilly's gym class but ended up leaving early because Ella had a huge blowout that went up to her neck and ruined her outfit. I didn't have a change of clothes for her (I have one for Lilly!) but she did have leg warmers on so I put her back in her car seat with a diaper and leg warmers. I felt guilty so we ended up leaving a bit early.

When we got home I went into the basement and dug out Lilly's walker for Ella to try. She and Lilly had a great time playing with it (while I tried to clean). Ella played the piano...

Lilly had a blast too. She even wanted to eat her lunch at the snack tray.

At one point Lilly pushed Ella around too hard and the thing fell apart (oops) so I guess I didn't have it on tight enough. Ella was still sitting upright (sort of). Everyone was ok; there weren't even any tears, though Lilly hid under the kitchen table worried that she'd hurt Ella.

Tonight I will pray for sleep from Ella. Last night (this morning) she finally passed out at 5 a.m. thanks to her thumb that she happened to find and suck for the next two hours.
