Happy Birthday

Today, our sweet Ella is 5 months old.

I set out to do an outdoor photo shoot with her since it's gorgeous today...

She loved the grass but she didn't love looking up at Mommy. I think it was too sunny. We tried many different locations (front and back yards) and angles but between the grass and sucking her thumb, we didn't accomplish much.

Stella got in on the action...

She did enjoy the weather and having her feet bare for the first time in... well, in her life.

Happy birthday to my mom today too! How great it would be to see her and Ella together on this special day.
