Yummy Thumb

Ok, I tried to capture Ella sucking her thumb because I think it's the most adorable thing ever. But then again I am partial to thumb suckers. However, I apparently have not figured out this camera completely and as you can see the yellow elephant is in focus and Ella is not. I have tried and tried to figure out what I hit, pressed, or changed but have not yet succeeded. Either way, you can see sweet baby in action.

How cute is that?

Though her room is not finished at all, here is a small preview of what we've done so far. The crib and armoir are in place. The wall color is set and I bought the rug. The chair is one we had that is so comfortable but it does not match. I can picture what I would like as a cover but cannot find it. I would love the exact color of the wall in corduroy as a slip cover. I plan to keep my eye out for that. The curtain will not be staying and neither will the dark dresser in the forefront. I plan to order Ella's new dresser today and then we'll be able to finish decorating her room.

I am not sure if I've shared a picture of Lilly's big girl bed (it was her crib) yet but here it is. It's very big for her little body! She loves her room and so do we. Hard to believe she's growing up so quickly. Two little girls, two girly rooms.
