Fun Friday

Today my good friend Christine and her daughter Sophia stopped by on their way to visit grandparents for the weekend. Lilly was very excited to see "Fia" and we had many talks about sharing and being sweet since she has (since birth) always had a love/hate relationship with Sophia. I have baby pictures of her pulling Sophia's hair!

We cleaned out Lilly's closet last night and she chose to wear her giraffe shirt in honor of our zoo trip yesterday. If she only knew Mommy bought this on the sale rack (thinking I got a GREAT deal) having no idea it's actually a beach cover-up, lol. When my friend Krissy and I figured it out we had a great laugh. Oh well, it serves the purpose of a fall shirt as well!

Of course the girls headed straight for the dress-up and I am proud to say that Lilly was an amazing friend to Sophia! She shared all her dress-up princess clothes; even her very favorite things like the special wand. When Sophia cried Lilly gave her what she wanted and put her arm around her and said, "You ok?" I was so proud of her. It's hard to share your very favorite things.
After the girls played we headed to lunch and enjoyed grown-up conversation while the girls played and ate. I really miss having them around.

Christine and I have the same due date and are both having girls again. I wish she still lived right down the street... We were playing around with the camera to see who was bigger and I think we're exactly the same! We carry the same way and started showing at the same time. I am very brave to post this picture but it's part of life! And I swear baby does NOT have back so I have no idea why my rear end is looking so very bootylicious. It is still indeed very flat. Must have been the angle...
