Ok, I have to send a shout out to my girlfriend Lisa and her family! We adore them and wish we spent more time together but our lives have us all going in different directions. Yesterday was their son Nate's 2nd birthday party. I didn't take my camera :-( but it was a great time. I had so many wonderful conversations and Andy was mostly on Lilly duty which was really super nice. Lilly played beautifully by the way! She sat at the table with all the kids and ate her lunch like a little lady. And she sang the whole Happy Birthday song right on cue with the rest of us!
We had a lot of fun. I came home wishing I could see them more often. I knew it was a good time when Lilly was covered head to toe in black dirt/smudge. She passed out around 8:30pm and didn't wake until 7:15am. Thanks Lisa, Keith, Abby, and Nate!
